Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Through its concert performances, the Evolution Big Band touches the lives of thousands of people of all ages around the Lowcountry.  The band attracts large and enthusiastic audiences to its performances, which average more than 200 guests per show for 8-10 events each year.

 

Using musical entertainment as a platform, the Evolution Big Band has become a fundraising machine that creates successful events by combining big band jazz music with compelling experiences for its nonprofit partners. The band is skilled at leveraging digital, social media and direct marketing, and maintains a database of over 1,000 fans who regularly follow band performances and their causes. As a marketing partner with our nonprofit organizations, the Evolution Big Band has helped raise more than $500,000 to support their worthy causes. The all-volunteer band also donates its proceeds after expenses throughout the year to multiple nonprofit organizations that do not organize large-scale fundraising events on an exclusive basis.

Companies and nonprofit organizations looking to gain market exposure, generate goodwill and strengthen their brands find the Evolution Big Band to be an attractive partner.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Concert Presenting sponsor ($3,000) -- several concerts each year are available to sponsor the band as an exclusive "Presenting Sponsor.” Only ONE Presenting Sponsor is offered for each concert.

  • Concert Category sponsor ($500) -- Multiple sponsors can be recognized on a category-exclusive basis, such as banking, healthcare, realty, retail, and automotive. These sponsorships are offered for $500 each on a per concert basis.

  • Guest Artist sponsor ($1,000- $3,000) -- for special occasions, the band brings in guest performers with national acclaim. Sponsors can underwrite the fees and expenses for these artists, and be recognized for this support. 

  • Season Program sponsor ($12,000) -- The band has annual expenses such as insurance, storage, website and social media, audio equipment and music. Sponsoring the operations of the band allows it to give more dollars to worthy non-profit organizations. This is a limited opportunity based on availability. Only ONE Season sponsorship is offered each year.

Sponsorship Value-Added Benefits:

  • Sponsors are included in Evolution Big Band print and digital ads, social media and fan emails, as well as featured on the Evolution Big Band website and Facebook page

  • Sponsor logos are included in our poster/ad in our concert program.

  • Sponsor recognition is also included in materials sent to donors and community leaders.

  • Sponsors are announced from the stage and may include remarks by their representatives

  • Sponsors can use the Evolution Big Band logo in their own marketing and community outreach efforts.

  • Sponsors also receive recognition and a hyperlink on www.evolutionbigband.com
